- Source and showcase premium local coffee beans
- Uphold health and safety standards consistently
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or food service experience
- Expert knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Food Handler certification preferred
