Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, pastries, and food items to customers with a smile.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment at all times.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions and handle cash.
- Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly conversation to enhance the customer experience.
- Restock inventory, clean equipment, and adhere to all health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Assist in training new hires and upholding company brewing standards.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training.
- A strong passion for coffee and the ability to learn brewing techniques quickly.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is a must.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
