Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and creativity
- Operate espresso machines and POS systems efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and build client relationships
- Maintain clean and organized workspace according to health standards
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Train new staff on beverage recipes and store procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or food service experience
- Proficient in espresso preparation techniques
- Strong knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
- Food Handler's certification preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
