Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee beverages (espresso, lattes, pour-overs) using premium beans and equipment
- Deliver personalized customer service with product knowledge and passion for coffee culture
- Maintain immaculate workspace, equipment, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team to optimize operations during peak hours
- Engage customers with brand storytelling and community event participation
- Adhere to health/safety standards and sustainable practices
- Train new hires on brewing techniques and POS systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional coffee preparation experience
- Advanced knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and brewing methods
- Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments during peak hours
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety certification preferred
