Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system and relay them to the kitchen.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks according to standard recipes and safety guidelines.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Clear tables promptly and maintain a clean, organized dining environment.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and classic cocktails is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
