Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, personalized service to guests from seating to payment
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using POS systems
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff for timely order fulfillment
- Present menu knowledge and make informed recommendations
- Maintain pristine table settings and cleanliness standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Contribute to daily opening/closing procedures and inventory checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for order processing
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification a plus
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
