Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Expertly explain seasonal menu items and wine pairings
- Process payments accurately through POS systems
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams
- Maintain pristine table settings and dining area cleanliness
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns proactively
- Contribute to daily pre-shift preparation and closing duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- CA Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications required
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of POS systems (Toast/Revel preferred)
- Ability to stand 6+ hours and lift 30 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail in order accuracy and timing
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
