Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with wine/beer knowledge
- Process orders accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless operations
- Handle payments and maintain cash accountability
- Uphold sanitation standards and safety protocols
- Engage guests with warm, authentic hospitality
- Assist with opening/closing duties as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant experience preferred
- ORVA/OLCC alcohol service certification required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends/nights
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Food safety knowledge (ServSafe a plus)
