Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system efficiently.
- Provide expert knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Upsell specials and beverages to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Ensure table cleanliness and organization throughout the shift.
- Cash out tables accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required for the right attitude.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Must be able to obtain a Food Handler's Card and TIPS certification (training provided).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
