Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Present menus and provide detailed, knowledgeable descriptions of our signature dishes and beverages.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system and relay them to the kitchen promptly.
- Serve food and drinks with precision, ensuring timely delivery and proper presentation.
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dining floor and service stations throughout the shift.
- Upsell specials and premium cocktails to enhance the guest experience and meet revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Previous server experience in a fine dining or upscale casual setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of alcohol service laws and responsible serving practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while maintaining high energy.
