Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to detail and personalized recommendations
- Process orders accurately using our digital POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff for timely service
- Manage table turnover while maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns proactively
- Upsell premium menu items and beverage selections
- Contribute to a positive team culture through communication and collaboration
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of restaurant/server experience preferred
- Knowledge of craft beverages and local cuisine a plus
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
