Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with wine, food, and beverage recommendations
- Process orders and payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless service flow
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and guest areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Upsell menu items and daily specials
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant/server experience preferred
- Arizona Alcohol Server Permit (TIPS certification)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Food Safety Handler certification a plus
