Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Present menus and provide detailed knowledge of ingredients, preparation, and daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system efficiently.
- Deliver orders with precision and timing, ensuring high-quality presentation.
- Clean and reset tables promptly to maintain our high standards of hygiene.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
