Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to every guest entering our establishment.
- Order Accuracy: Expertly take and process food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Service Delivery: Serve courses efficiently and refill beverages to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Upselling: Knowledgeably recommend specials, drinks, and desserts to enhance the dining experience.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a pristine dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Payment Handling: Process payments accurately and securely using POS systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a server or in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays weighing up to 25 lbs.
