Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining accuracy in orders and timing
- Process payments efficiently and resolve guest inquiries with diplomacy
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff during peak hours for seamless operations
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized dining environment
- Upsell menu specials and promotional items to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/casual upscale restaurant experience required
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of wine/beer service preferred
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Albuquerque residency required for immediate availability
