Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a welcoming and professional attitude.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and provide detailed descriptions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system efficiently.
- Deliver orders promptly, ensuring accuracy and proper presentation.
- Clean and reset tables to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Build relationships with guests to encourage return visits.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and wine pairings and menu items.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Food Handler Card or ServSafe Certification is a plus.
