Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming and positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately, anticipating guest needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, resetting tables efficiently between service.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and high-quality standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with grace and professionalism.
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods while maintaining energy and focus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions.
- Valid food handler's card or willingness to obtain one.
