Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with food/drorder accuracy and timing
- Build rapport with guests while maintaining a welcoming ambiance
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff on order modifications and timing
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols
- Upsell specialty dishes and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Contribute to a clean and organized dining environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/casual dining experience
- Knowledge of NYC alcohol service regulations
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic POS system proficiency (Toast/Revel preferred)
