Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, personalized table service to guests while maintaining knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Process orders efficiently through our digital POS system while ensuring accuracy in order entry and payment processing
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to deliver timely food and beverage service
- Manage table assignments, section rotations, and maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols while maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and contribute to ongoing team training initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant serving experience
- Exceptional knowledge of food safety, beverage service, and proper table etiquette
- Proficiency with modern POS systems and order management technology
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
