Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with menu knowledge and allergen awareness
- Process orders accurately through POS system while maintaining table cleanliness
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless guest experience
- Handle cash/credit transactions and reconcile daily sales reports
- Upsell seasonal specials and high-margin menu items
- Manage reservation systems and accommodate walk-in guests
- Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
