- Accurately process orders using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery

- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with opening/closing duties including side work
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/server experience required
- Michigan Alcohol Server Certification (TIPS/LEAD certified)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with frequent lifting (25 lbs)
- Strong multitasking skills during peak rushes
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
