Responsibilities
Greet and Seat Guests: Provide a warm, welcoming welcome to all patrons and manage the seating arrangement efficiently to ensure optimal service flow.
Take and Process Orders: Accurately receive food and beverage orders via POS systems, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
Serve with Excellence: Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met and upselling where appropriate.
Customer Relations: Maintain a positive, friendly demeanor at all times, resolving any guest concerns immediately with the support of management.
Table Maintenance: Keep the dining station clean, organized, and sanitized throughout the shift, including bussing tables and resetting for the next guest.
Collaboration: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience as a Server or Waiter is preferred; a strong willingness to learn is required for enthusiastic candidates.
Availability: Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays to meet the high demand of the Las Vegas hospitality industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk frequently, and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
Professional Appearance: Must adhere to the company dress code and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
