Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly service to all guests while maintaining knowledge of menu items and specials
- Accurately process orders, payments, and handle cash/credit transactions
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality presentation
- Manage table assignments and maintain clean, organized dining areas
- Upsell menu items, beverages, and daily specials to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate to management when needed
- Adhere to all health/safety regulations and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant/server experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18+ and able to stand for extended periods
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
