Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming smile and professional demeanor.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and provide recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
- Deliver orders efficiently and ensure food quality meets our high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables between service.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately using POS systems.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderately heavy trays for extended periods.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A valid food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.
