Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor to ensure an immediate positive impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our state-of-the-art POS system.
- Serve dishes and drinks efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Clean and reset tables promptly to maximize table turnover and cleanliness.
- Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless communication.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required for enthusiastic learners.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
- Current Food Handler's Card and TABC certification (where applicable).
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
