Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with knowledge of menu items and specials
- Process orders accurately through POS systems and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage multiple tables while maintaining high service standards
- Handle payment transactions and reconcile cash registers
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with servers and support staff during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months prior serving experience in full-service restaurant
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Must be 18+ years of age
