Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests to the dining area and providing an exceptional first impression.
- Presenting menus and explaining daily specials to ensure guests feel informed and valued.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and communicating them clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Serving food and drinks in a timely manner while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Maintaining cleanliness of tables, service stations, and the dining room throughout the shift.
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Addressing guest inquiries or concerns with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
