Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests while maintaining knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings
- Process orders accurately and efficiently through our POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Manage table turnover while maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payments at shift end
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience
- Assist with opening/closing duties including side station setup and breakdown
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of high-volume restaurant serving experience required
- Georgia Alcohol Server Permit (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling
