Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service and food/beverage recommendations to guests
- Process orders accurately using POS systems and ensure timely delivery
- Manage table assignments and maintain clean, organized dining stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless operations
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant/server experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification a plus
