Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including order-taking, beverage refills, and course timing
- Master menu knowledge and wine pairings to enhance guest experiences
- Process payments accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and assist with opening/closing duties
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service flow
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant/server experience preferred
- TX Food Handler certification required (training provided)
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
