Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring an immediate and welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus, answer questions regarding menu items and daily specials, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Deliver exceptional service by promptly serving food and drinks and anticipating guest needs throughout the meal.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, tables, and service areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, process payments, and manage end-of-day closing procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and team members at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server, host, or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods (4-8 hour shifts).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing.
- A friendly, approachable personality with a passion for hospitality.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
