Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests, including taking orders, serving food/beverages, and processing payments
- Master menu knowledge, ingredients, and preparation methods to make informed recommendations
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers for seamless service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Process payments accurately using our POS system
- Contribute to a positive team environment through clear communication and mutual support
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food allergies a plus
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
