Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service with menu knowledge and upselling expertise
- Process orders accurately using POS systems and coordinate with kitchen/bar staff
- Manage table cleanliness, restock stations, and maintain sanitation standards
- Handle payment transactions and reconcile cash registers
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate management when needed
- Collaborate during peak hours to ensure seamless service flow
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant/server experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced setting
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler/Sanitation certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Basic math skills for cash handling
