Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet patrons with a warm welcome, provide menus, and manage seating arrangements efficiently to optimize floor flow.
- Order Accuracy: Take detailed food and beverage orders, accurately relay them to the kitchen, and ensure all dietary restrictions are noted.
- Service Delivery: Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring temperature and presentation standards are met according to our menu.
- Upselling: Proactively suggest appetizers, beverages, and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Table Maintenance: Monitor dining areas, clean tables between courses, and reset for the next guest promptly.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure a seamless service experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a full-service restaurant environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certifications: Must possess a valid Food Handler's Card and Alcohol Awareness Certification.
- Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to strict hygiene standards.
