Responsibilities
- Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome diners with a warm smile, manage waitlists efficiently, and ensure a comfortable dining atmosphere.
- Take Orders: Accurately record food and beverage orders using our POS system, ensuring dietary restrictions and allergies are noted.
- Deliver Excellence: Serve food and drinks promptly and at the correct temperature, maintaining a high standard of presentation.
- Manage Payments: Process transactions accurately, handle cash and card payments, and prepare change.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the dining area and service stations spotless throughout your shift, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Upsell & Suggest: Knowledgeably suggest appetizers, desserts, or specialty drinks to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Legal: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
