Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with accurate order taking and food delivery
- Upsell menu items and specialty beverages to enhance guest experience
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain clean dining areas and assist with bussing tables
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order fulfillment
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Participate in opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety protocols
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Texas Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
