Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with menu knowledge and upselling expertise
- Process orders accurately through POS systems and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage table cleanliness and maintain pristine dining room standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Contribute to opening/closing duties including side station setup
- Adhere to food safety protocols and liquor service regulations
- Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and hosts during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant serving experience preferred
- Philadelphia Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain)
