Job Overview
As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables with a smile.
- Present menus, answer questions regarding ingredients, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and drinks according to established standards of presentation and timing.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables between service.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for tipping calculations and cash handling.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and alcohol service laws is a plus.
