Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to detail and personalized guest interactions
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining accurate order entry through our POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless timing and menu knowledge
- Process payments and reconcile checks with precision
- Uphold strict sanitation standards and food safety protocols
- Contribute to a positive team culture through proactive communication
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Florida Alcohol Server Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft cocktails
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient with POS systems (Toast/Square preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
