Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, attentive service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Master menu knowledge and wine pairings through ongoing training
- Process orders accurately using our modern POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless table turnover
- Handle cash and credit transactions with precision
- Maintain immaculate table presentation and station cleanliness
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/server experience preferred
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
