Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Explain menu items and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Ensure dining areas are clean, sanitized, and well-presented throughout the shift.
- Handle payments accurately and process tips in compliance with company policy.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in the food service industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Valid Food Handler's or Responsible Alcohol Service certification.
