Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Present menus and answer detailed questions about menu items.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
- Provide exceptional service throughout the meal, anticipating guest needs.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining environment.
Qualifications
- Previous server or waitstaff experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and alcohol service laws.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation.
