Responsibilities
- Brewing and serving high-quality coffee, espresso, and tea beverages according to strict recipes.
- Operating Point of Sale (POS) systems with speed and accuracy.
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area.
- Preparing food items and pastries while adhering to health codes.
- Restocking supplies, managing inventory, and keeping the workspace organized.
- Collaborating with the barista team to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
