Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system and relay them efficiently to the kitchen.
- Recommend seasonal specials and upsell products to enhance the guest dining experience and increase revenue.
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring proper plating and presentation standards.
- Clear tables promptly and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room during service.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions with integrity.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues immediately to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar hospitality role is preferred but not required for motivated candidates.
- Strong knowledge of standard bar and menu items.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Alcohol Awareness Certification (ABC) is a plus.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills.
