Responsibilities
- Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome patrons warmly and escort them to their tables with a smile.
- Take and Deliver Orders: Accurately record food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Provide Top-Tier Service: Anticipate guest needs, refill drinks, and ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Handle POS Systems: Utilize restaurant point-of-sale systems efficiently to process payments and manage checks.
- Upsell & Promote: Knowledgeably recommend specials, wine pairings, and appetizers to enhance the guest experience.
- Table Maintenance: Clean and reset tables promptly between seatings to maintain high hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience as a server or bartender is preferred.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
