As a server with us, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for while enjoying our locally sourced, Texan-inspired cuisine.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor and assist with menu selections.
- Present menus and answer detailed questions regarding ingredients, preparation, and dietary restrictions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve courses and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal by anticipating needs.
- Clear and clean tables promptly to maintain a pristine dining environment.
- Handle payments accurately and process tips efficiently.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server in a full-service restaurant is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods, with a focus on mobility.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Valid food handler's card or willingness to obtain one.
