Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and establishing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus, describe food and beverage offerings, and answer questions with expertise.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system and relay them to the kitchen promptly.
- Serve courses and drinks, ensuring proper plating and temperature.
- Check in with guests during the meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns immediately.
- Clean and reset tables efficiently between service cycles to maintain a pristine dining room.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions with integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a server or customer service role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail pairings is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift trays weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid food handler's permit.
