Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and audit secure smart contracts using Solidity and Rust.
- Build and optimize high-performance dApps with a focus on user experience and gas efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Web3 solutions with traditional web infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain robust security protocols to protect user assets and data.
- Contribute to the architectural roadmap for scaling blockchain networks to millions of users.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least 2 years in Web3 or Blockchain development.
- Deep expertise in Solidity (v0.8+) and experience with Rust for backend or tooling development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of consensus mechanisms, cryptographic principles, and blockchain architecture.
- Experience with tools like Hardhat, Truffle, Ethers.js, and Web3.js.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
