- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all customer interactions and technical resolutions.
- Collaborate closely with the day-shift team to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and issue escalation.
- Stay current with product updates and industry best practices to provide informed support.
- Adhere to company quality assurance standards and help desk protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows/macOS operating systems.

- Availability to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) and occasional weekends.
