Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning product goals with emerging tech trends.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable infrastructure capable of handling the exponential growth expected by 2026.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring junior developers and senior architects alike.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and product teams to ensure alignment on 2026 milestones.
- Emerging Technology Integration: Identify and prototype cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) relevant to the 2026 vision.
- Process Optimization: Implement agile methodologies to accelerate development cycles and improve delivery quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership.
- Proven track record of defining and executing strategic roadmaps for major product releases.
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team growth and cross-functional collaboration.
